7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and tracking systems.

8. RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your VISIONVALLEY purchase.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn.

  • The item must be unwashed.

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • Original tags must remain attached.

  • The item must not have been damaged, altered, or otherwise used.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

9. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

  • Clothing designs

is owned by or licensed to VISIONVALLEY unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our branding, artwork, designs, photographs, or other protected content without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a VISIONVALLEY product does not give you ownership or licensing rights to our intellectual property.

14. USER CONTENT
